Experience Torrelles de Foix

The riera de Pontons stream runs through the west of the municipality. Right beside it is Les Dous, a spring with 35 spouts and a picnic area where you can have lunch and spend the day. Close by, in the rainy season, there is a lovely waterfall.

The highest point in the municipality is the Turó dels Quatre Termes: every 11 September people climb it and put up a new Catalan flag (senyera). Further out in the countryside you can visit the Pèlags de les Valls de Foix, a very special spot surrounded by nature, with beautiful scenery.

High on the Tossal de Foix hill stands the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Foix, patron saint of the Penedès. Thanks to its strategic position and its views, it is one of the 10 viewpoints on the Miravinya route. Young children can explore it by playing the Joc dels Vitis: La Cova Miraculosa game.

Don't leave without seeing the town itself: the church of Sant Genís in the centre, the narrow streets of the old quarter, the old Capella del Roser chapel, the stone water troughs and the old town hall building.
